Shipping Options:
All shipments are shipped using UPS Standard Ground. Shipments arrive within 4-5 business days of the date the order is received.

Shipping Restrictions:
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and, FPO Addresses. Orders addressed this way will not be processed and will be held until further contact with shipper.

HOLIDAY Shipping Schedule:
During the Holidays we offer UPS 2nd Day Air. For Christmas arrival order by Dec 17 for Ground Shipping and Dec 20 for 2nd Day Shipping.

U.S Shipping Processing:
All order requests, received Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following day. All Orders received on Friday and on Weekends will be processed and shipped on Mondays. This process applies to 2nd Day Air shipping requests.

Tracking your Shipment:
Your shipping notification email will contain a link to track your UPS shipment. The tracking number we provide is accurate, however it can take from a few hours to several days before the shipping carrier acknowledges the shipment or updates their tracking information.

Many emails are not delivered due to spam filtering. Please add "help@basin.com", "orders_dept@basin.com" and "users@basin.com" to your acceptable email address lists or check your Junk Mail Box. If your shipping notification does not arrive in your email, your UPS tracking number can be obtained by sending a request using our "Contact" option or call our store at 1-888-77-BASIN.

Basin Return Policy: Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot take returns.
*If there was an error in your online order you have 30 days from the day you received your purchase to contact Basin regarding your order’s error. Any missing or damaged products will not be replaced and or credited after the 30 days have expired.
